How does Super P-Force Work?
Super P-Force is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation. ED and premature ejaculation are problems that affect sexual fulfillment.
Super P-Force has two active ingredients that treat both issues in one medication. Sildenafil treats erectile dysfunction, helping the user to achieve an erection. Dapoxetine treats the causes of premature ejaculation. The combination of the two drugs helps men find improved sexual pleasure.

Sildenafil treats ED by relaxing the muscles in the arteries of the penis which causes an improved flow of blood to the penis. The relaxed muscles permit more blood to flow through the arteries in the penis, allowing the user to achieve a harder erection.

Dapoxetine works by raising the level of serotonin and delaying the breakdown of the natural occurring chemical found in the central nervous system which stops premature ejaculation. Originally dapoxetine was developed to treat depression but the results were short lasting. During clinical trials it was found dapoxetine helped with premature ejaculation.
Sildenafil and dapoxetine supplies a longer lasting erection, up to four hours; and postpones ejaculation.

Before Taking Super P-Force 
Before taking Super P-Force it is important to tell your doctor your medical history and inform him/her what medications you take including prescription, over-the-counter, and vitamin and herbal supplements. Certain drugs can interact adversely with Super P-Force.

Super P-Force is a prescription medication to be used by men 18 years of age and older. Super P-Force is not to be used by women, children, and teenager males under 18 years of age.

 Do not take Super P-Force if you take medications that contain nitrates or if you take alpha blockers, or other medications to treat erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation.

Discuss your medical condition with your doctor, especially if you have any of these medical conditions:
heart disease or recent heart attack
deformed penis
history of stroke
leukemia
life threatening arrhythmia
multiple myeloma
retinitis pigmentosa
sickle cell anemia
unstable angina
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

How to Use Super P-Force 
One tablet of Super P-Force should be taken with a full glass of water, with or without food at least 30 minutes  before engaging in sexual activity.

Missing doses 
You cannot miss a dose of Super P-Force; it is taken as needed, not on a daily basis.

Overdose 
An overdose of Super P-Force can cause severe side effects. Do not take more than is prescribed by your doctor. If you accidently take an overdose, get immediate medical attention.

Items to Avoid while ingesting Super P-Force
Avoid or limit consumption of alcohol; alcohol reduces the effect of Super P-Force.

Side effects
Serious side effects include
cerebral hemorrhage
gastrointestinal hemorrhage
low white blood cell count
Get immediate medical attention if you have a serious side effect.
Common side effects include.
diarrhea
dizziness
flushing
headache
loss of hearing or vision
stuffy nose
upset stomach

Dosage for Super P-Force
The usual dosage of Super P-Force is one tablet within a 24 hours period.

Drug Interaction 
Certain medications can interact with Super P-Force. You should not take Super P-Force if you take:
antifungal medications
certain antibiotic
antidepressants
heartburn medications
HIV/AIDS medications
medication for hepatitis C
nitrates
prostate disorders medications
medications for heart disease
high or low blood medications
