gedmedshelp.com will only provide a refund if the medication was not delivered to the customer within the established shipping period. We will only offer reshipment if the product was damaged during shipping and if the customer provides the pictures. If any problems should arise with your order, please notify us within one week of receipt of your order. We shall only refund and reship within a delay of 6 months of the initial order.
