REFUND POLICY

 

getmedshelp is a website that acts only as an intermediary and markets and sells medications on behalf of pharmacies that are subject to state and federal laws. We are not able to take back the medications after they were dispatched. To protect the safety of our customers, the purchases of health care merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

gedmedshelp.com will only provide a refund if the medication was not delivered to the customer within the established shipping period. We will only offer reshipment if the product was damaged during shipping and if the customer provides the pictures. If any problems should arise with your order, please notify us within one week of receipt of your order. We shall only refund and reship within a delay of 6 months of the initial order.
